What sets Dr. Smith apart?
With over 25 years of experience diagnosing and treating musculoskeletal and spinal conditions in more
than 5,600 patients in North Kingstown and the surrounding area, Dr. Smith instills confidence in his
patients by ensuring they receive the correct diagnosis and treatment. As a respected chiropractic
physician, he receives referrals from other healthcare practitioners. He takes the time to listen to your
concerns, explain your treatment options, and ensure you understand the treatment goals and therapies.
Your treatment is customized to your condition and progress; there are no “cookie-cutter” programs that
last for weeks or months. Patients always leave with exercises and stretches designed to empower them to
improve their condition. He can order diagnostic imaging, including X-rays and MRIs, if needed. He has
a network of specialists he can recommend if your condition requires more invasive treatments like
injections, medications, RFA, or surgery. Dr. Smith values your time and operates an efficient office to
minimize waiting times. He also strives to keep treatment costs reasonable.
In a healthcare environment where you seem to pay more and get less, he continues to provide beneficial
services that many other chiropractors have cut; therapies that make patients more comfortable and
prepare the body for manual treatments, such as moist heat, electrical stimulation, ultrasound, and
myofascial treatments are routinely provided. He treats bones, joints, and muscles for faster recovery and
better outcomes.
In short, he works to ensure that your healthcare needs are met and that you leave the office satisfied with
your experience.
