Determining your chiropractic insurance benefits can be challenging. The information provided on your card and online often differs and can sometimes be inaccurate. We understand that it may be difficult to anticipate what your insurance will cover before or during your visit. We recommend that you contact your insurance plan to find out your co-pay or deductible. We will assist you in this process to the best of our ability, but the specifics of your coverage are typically established after your claim is submitted and the EOB (Explanation of Benefits) is received. This coverage may differ from the anticipated coverage listed on your insurance card or online. We strive to inform each patient of their out-of-pocket costs and what they might owe if their coverage is limited or applies toward their deductible.
If you do not have insurance coverage, we offer a reasonable “self-pay” rate. Please call the office with your insurance information to find out what your “out of pocket” costs may be.
